Hot Rolled Coil (HRC)

Hot-rolled coils (HRC) are produced at a temperature higher than their re-crystallisation temperature, around 1700 F or 927 C. The process then endows the steel with acceptable levels of flexibility and strength, making it a favourite in industries that involve forming and shaping.
